Before performing a factory data reset, ensure you
back up all important data stored on the device.
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910F Hard Reset
1. Power off the device.
2. Boot to recovery mode (VOLUME UP/HOME/POWER).
3 In the next step select from menu "wipe data / factory reset" using Volume buttons to navigate and Home button to confirm.
4. After that select option "reboot system now".
